Interesting Data Providers

Hoping to get some discussion going here from you data folks out there. What are some emerging data sets people are working with?

Examples:
Neighborhood data
Buildings Data
Public Transportation Data
Utilities Data

3D & Mass-Transit data sets

VisionMedia has a collection of 3D Skylines. 3D urban data sets of cities across the United States and around the world. For an example of 3D datasets in action surf over to Upnext.com. I'm not aware of what 3D data set Upnext uses but its par for the course.

Another great data set - oh and it's Free - is HopStop. Hopstop is a XML Web Service that enables developers to integrate mapping and mass-transit directions into Applications. You use the Service to display map images with mass-transit information in conjunction with other data you want to provide towards end users. The Service may be used only for services that are "generally" accessible to consumers without charge.
