Oracle's SEO - Old Dog Trick

I was reading up on Oracle Spatial Server & Oracle MapViewer and noticed a SEO strategy that is an Old Dog and some would call it a Bitch. Using white font color on a white background to hide keywords on a webpage. Now. I think this SEO tactic shouldn't be used but Im ok with the fact its on Oracle.com's own webpage and not a competitors.

To check this out go to the product information for Oracle's MapViewer. Then CTRL+A (Select All) text on the webpage, scroll down to the bottom of the page - Voila~!
