LBS Project Advice

Hello Everyone -

I would like to open up this discussion forum for those of you who are, or soon will be involved in a mapping implementation project. As someone with a number of years in managing LBS development projects, I would be happy to discuss my experience with any folks out there.

Lets face it, location-enabled applications are not only here to stay, but solutions that do not include mapping integration, are in the minority. The primary reason that xspot.com exists is based on the feedback we have received from people, especially those who are seeking advice. There are several sources of industry news, product/platform websites as well as implementation "show-off" sites, however there is no unbiased source of information. Xspot.com exists to provide the LBS community, whether you are a seasoned pro or just getting started, with the information and community that can provide the answers you need.

This website will feature product reviews, industry export blogs, a community forum for discussion and a wealth of other Location-Based information.
